The apps

Cohestry for iPhone and Mac is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. If they conflict, Apple's agreement governs the license to the app.

Your content

You own your notes, files and everything else you put into Cohestry. We don't claim any rights to it, and we can't read it: it lives on your devices and in your own iCloud account. You're responsible for keeping backups of anything you can't afford to lose; Cohestry Pro includes a full-library backup to help.

Cohestry Pro

• Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription ($5.99 a month or $39.99 a year in the US) or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($99.99). The App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
• Eligible Apple IDs can start a 7-day free trial of a subscription. One introductory offer per Apple ID applies across both subscriptions.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple ID's subscription settings.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.
• If Pro ends, your notes, links and map remain; Pro features pause until you resubscribe.

Agents and third-party services

If you connect an AI agent through the Agent Bridge, the notes you allow it to read are processed by that agent under its provider's terms. You choose what is readable and whether an agent may write.

Acceptable use

Don't use Cohestry to break the law, or try to interfere with the apps, the website, or other people's use of them.

The website

cohestry.app, including its example notes, is provided for information. The example notes are fictional. Apple, iPhone, Mac and Apple Notes are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Cohestry is not affiliated with Apple.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect.
